ソーシー・レディはシンセ・ファンクの魔術師として知られる、ボストンを拠点に活動するDJ、ボーカリスト、ソングライター。クラシックピアノと声楽、そしてジャズボーカルと即興の訓練を受け、日本とアメリカにルーツを持つ彼女は、ファンク、ブギー、ソウル、ジャズ、R&B、ハウスなど多彩なジャンルを自在に操り、観客に合わせたプレイを届けます。90年代後半に大学ラジオDJとしてキャリアをスタートし、これまでに「Diversify」（2011）、「Supanova」（2019）、「Delirious」（2021）、「Love Fest」（2025）などのアルバムをリリース。彼女の楽曲は、〈Defected〉の〈Big Love〉や〈Re-Loved〉、ブルックリンの〈Razor-n-Tape〉、〈Midnight Riot〉、〈Star Creature〉などから発表され、Dr Packer、Rahaan、DJ Spinna、KON、Yam Who?といった著名アーティストによるリミックスも多数。ヴァイナル中心のレーベル〈Dippin’ Records〉も主宰し、世界中でプレイを続ける彼女は、聴衆が信頼できるリズムと、星々に響き、常識を超えるバイブスを生み出し続けています。

Saucy Lady, the Sorceress of Synth Funk, is a Boston based DJ, vocalist, and songwriter classically trained in piano and voice with jazz vocals and improvisation. With roots in Japan and the US, she weaves together funk, boogie, soul, jazz, R&B, house, and many other styles tailored to the audience. Since her college radio days in the late 90s, she’s released albums including Diversify (2011), Supanova (2019), Delirious (2021), and Love Fest (2025). Her music has appeared on Defected’s Big Love and Re-Loved, Brooklyn’s Razor-n-Tape, Midnight Riot, and Star Creature. She’s been remixed by notable artists including Dr Packer, Rahaan, DJ Spinna, KON, and Yam Who?. Founder of vinyl-focused Dippin’ Records, Saucy Lady has played globally and continues to create rhythms the crowd can trust with a vibe that resonates among the stars and transcends the ordinary.
